KNIGHTS OF THE IBEX ROUND TABLE
The worthy counsel
In times long past, King Arthur gathered twelve of his best knights around the legendary round table, a focal point of fellowship between Knights, bringing peace and tranquility to the country. These Knights were renowned for their strength, courage, honour and dignity.
For Ibex Expeditions, the Ibex Round Table represents each Knight of equal value. The Knights firmly believe in the same crusading spirit that cares for environmentally sensitive tourism, conservation and responsible travel.
Since the year 1979, Ibex has honorably delivered journeys that make a difference – in the field of adventure travel, cultural & eco tours, safari and luxury travel and has been recognized through international and national awards.

Ibex Explorers Fellowship – building bonds through unique journeys
The genesis of the Fellowship is to unite friends from similar walks of life who embody the spirit of adventure, exploration and have a deep appreciation for nature and indigenous cultures.
Through unique and enriching journeys within India and all over the globe, the Fellowship members will become crusaders of responsible travel and catalysts of change for a sustainable tomorrow in this fragile world and endangered landscape.
Through these journeys, they will strive at displaying teamwork and leadership qualities, forge new friendships, show perseverance and courage in adversity, as well as where possible, contribute to the well being of local communities and the natural habitat.
Fellowship members join ‘by invitation only’ or ‘by recommendation’ after which, their applications are duly approved by the Knights of the Ibex Round Table.
The Ibex Explorers Fellowship journeys have enjoyed intrepid adventures trekking through rhododendron trails of Bhutan; looking for the Orangutan in the rain forest and climbing the highest mountain of South East Asia, Mt Kinabalu in Borneo; traversing the arid landscape in the roof of the world, Tibet and doing the holy trek around Mt Kailash and visiting the Everest North Face base camp and visiting remote tribes in the rain forest area of Arunachal Pradesh in North East India.
Recent journeys have included destinations like Peru, Chile, Morocco, Namibia, Trans Siberia, Antarctica, Sri Lanka, Costa Rica & Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh & the Arctic.
