Ibex
Expeditions have been forerunners in the Outdoor
Management Development Programme aimed at team
building and leadership development. With collaborations
from M/s Infinite of the United Kingdom, Ibex
ran its first series of courses for the Senior
Management of BILT. Subsequently, Ibex has conducted
several courses ranging from half day to four-day
modules for leaders from Arthur Andersen, McKinsey
and other organisations from overseas.

evaluation. Analysis and assessment take place both
in the field and indoors to ensure that the learning
experience is relevant and transferable to company and
job function requirements. A Behavioural Scientist through
Process Consulting does this effectively.

The learning is experiential, dramatised by the powerful
impact of the outdoors - Be it in the Himalayas or the
Desert landscape! Not only more vivid but also which
transfers directly to Management skill and style at
the work place.

WHY
THE OUTDOORS?
Experience in coping with the unfamiliar is a powerful
aid for the ability to handle change. The Outdoor locations
and exercises are a means, not an end to serve to highlight
the learning experience. These are not used to test
neither physical fitness nor expertise. Instead carefully
structured exercises and tasks allow for personal development
and team bonding taking place.
The
Ibex Faculty: Trained professionals ensure
that the Outdoor exercises are done in complete safety
using modern imported equipment.
Equipment:
The Ibex Equipment has been selected to assure maximum
comfort and safety in every field of activity and all
specialised equipment is updated regularly and subject
to strict safety checks.
Location
& Accommodation: The courses are planned
and set in the Himalayas or in the desert areas of Rajasthan
and Haryana or beside the sea. Accommodation can be
from comfortable to the luxurious, depending on levels
of requirement.
